A former Indian Air Force pilot and Qualified Flying Instructor, Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi has led, trained and assessed people in high-pressure environments where decisions are time-bound and consequences are real.
Trained in behavioural assessment at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research, he brings together operational leadership, psychological insight and practical mentoring to help aspirants, professionals and teams perform with clarity, confidence and responsibility.
Our programmes may serve different audiences, but the philosophy remains common: understand the person, identify the gap and train with purpose. Whether preparing an aspirant, developing a professional or guiding a student, Alpha Lead focuses on confidence, character, competence and meaningful outcomes.

Flight Lieutenant Namrata Chaturvedi (Retd.), Co-Founder of Alpha Lead Academy, was among the early women officers to fly aircraft in the Indian Air Force. After her service, she moved into psychology, counselling and training, working extensively with adolescents, college students and professionals. She brings together pioneering experience, initiative, energy and psychological understanding to help individuals build confidence, improve performance and achieve stronger life and career outcomes.

Alpha Lead SSB Stay Mysuru
Dormitory Stay
We provide safe, convenient and candidate-friendly accommodation for SSB aspirants reporting to 2 AFSB Mysuru. Located around 300 metres from the selection centre, Alpha Lead offers comfortable dormitory stay, guidance before reporting and a focused environment. Candidates receive practical support, easy access and greater peace of mind before beginning an important stage of selection. The calm setting also helps aspirants rest, prepare and report confidently.
